MAKING A CONTRACT WITH US When you place an order with us , you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available or we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptrance of your order and there will be no contract between us. If a payment method cannot be agreed or payment is not received within 21 days the order will be cancelled and any offers current at the time of the order was placed will be lost. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER As you browse our site please click on the 'Add to basket' button. Once you have finished shopping if you click on the 'checkout' button you will be guided through the checkout process with a choice of payment methods i.e cheque or postal order, Paypal and Google checkout through secure servers. If a mistake is made during checkout you can use the back buttons to correct this. CHEQUES SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO MRS S WYNETTE. DELIVERY CHARGES The delivery charge is based on the weight of the item and not size. The cost includes insurance incase of loss or damage. Orders for multiple items will be charged a delivery price based on the total weight of the combined item. The total delivery charge will be shown in your basket ,when you have finished shopping, and before you proceed to checkout. We aim to ship within 4 working days but please be patient during peak periods. Most items will be sent Royal mail 1st class which you should receive within 2 working days, larger heavier items or multiple orders will be sent via Royal Mail standard parcels which you should receive within 5 working days. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS You can cancel your contract at anytime up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer. If you cancel the contract you must return the goods to us at your own expense to the following address: 16 Philip Rudd Court, Pott Row, Kings Lynn, Norfolk.PE32 1WA. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. if you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. On receipt of goods you will be given a full refund of all monies paid but this may take up to 30 days. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights e.g. if the goods are faulty or misdescribed. In the unlikely event this is the case please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone on 08443575745 so we can resolve the situation. We will deal with this matter in accordance with your legal rights. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS These terms were created on the 1st June 2008 and no previous versions of our standard terms and conditions exist. These terms apply to your order.
